INDIVIDUAL INSTRUMENT GROUND SCHOOL SESSIONS ONLINE ONLY
Meet for an hour or more, live. $80/hour. Please schedule in advance. Currently scheduling is at least 2 weeks out.
INSTRUMENT PILOT – TAKING THE WRITTEN
The Instrument Pilot exam contains 60 questions. These questions are chosen from over 900 questions in the exam database. You are allowed 2 1/2 hours to complete the exam.
Immediately following the course, FAA testing is preferred on Monday morning, but no later than Tuesday morning. This allows time to take a few online practice exams. Pass the exam on your first attempt!

Your passing score (70%) on the INSTRUMENT Pilot Written Test is good for twenty-four (24) calendar-months from the day achieved.
COURSE MATERIALS:
Any INSTRUMENT Pilot knowledge exam book or e-book is acceptable as a text to accompany this course. Examples include: Gleim, Jeppesen, ASA et al. (Approximate cost is under $25. Call the Flight Depot to get the FOT, friend of Tom discount if you are looking for a book!)
This course is designed to prepare the student pilot to pass the FAA INSTRUMENT Knowledge Test in preparation for his or her INSTRUMENT Pilot Rating. The seminar covers all aeronautical knowledge as outlined in 14 CFR Part 61.105b.
